Isaac is 4 months!

Our little man is 4 months old, how the time flies!! I must admit those first few weeks did not fly by... but now the days come and go with ease! We love our little man and he is so so much fun! We love to make him giggle, because his giggles are to die for! We love how happy he is and what an opinion he has! He definitely lets us know what he thinks. He is such a talker and will just ramble on and on, even if we may not be listening.. he he.

He loves his bed! It is so funny when he gets tired because as soon as we swaddle him up and lay him in his bed he just relaxes and falls right to sleep... ha ha he prefers to fall asleep on his own and if we are holding him he'll fight it. But once he's alone he'll close his eyes. Love that.

He loves to kick his legs! He gets fussy if we are holding him for too long because he wants to be free and playing on the ground.

We love our Elmer Fudd hair style :)

We aren't necessarily Irish... but he was festive!

My Big Boy!

Isaac is growing so fast and we love him so much!! He is now 14 weeks and is an amazing sleeper! He loves to smile and he started giggling uncontrollably which is just amazing to listen to! He is so big and has grown out of some of his 6 month clothes already! Yay to big boys! We also blessed him and that was an amazing experience photos of that day still to come!

2 months

Isaac has made it 2 months into his crazy life and we couldn't be more thrilled! Little updates:

He loves his baby swing and takes atleast one nap in it every afternoon

He nurses every 3 hours, and takes his time...haha he's a little bit lazy

He sleeps through the night about 8 hours and has since he was 6 weeks old, lets just say he has some very happy parents :)

He holds his head up like a champ, very strong little man

When he gets tummy time he already is trying to put his knees under his belly to crawl

He rolls to both sides and has been doing this for quite some time now

He smiles, a lot, and talks, a lot

He loves to spit up, so much so that I wonder if he actually eats

He is so long that he's been in 3 month clothes since he was 3-4 weeks old and now some of his 3 month outfits are starting to not fit and we are retiring them for the next baby

He is just a very happy boy and we love him so much!

Holidays and 1 month baby boy!

It has definitely been a crazy 5 weeks!! Adjusting to motherhood has had its ups and downs, but at the end of the day when I get to kiss my little man, it makes it all worth it! We love him so so much and are finally starting to get a handle on things. Although as soon as we really feel like we have a handle on things something changes and its like starting all over again. But we love being parents and we love our little guy.

Christmas break was so fun! We got to go home to southern california and enjoy 70degree weather and all of our fmaily! Everyone was very excited to meet Isaac and that was super fun! We did so much in the 10 days we were there and it was such a blast! I will share some of our trip through pictures!

Brian's Mom got Isaac a little Santa Suit so we had to show that off! Hilarious.

Christmas Eve we did a live Nativity with some of my nieces and nephews!

Isaac made a great baby Jesus, and my adorable niece Sarah was Mary

Brian got to be the donkey, which in my family is a pretty coveted role!

Can't wait until next Christmas! I'll have a 1 year old who attacks my christmas tree and runs around!!! I can't wait!
