Our Newly Painted Home

Let's just start with how much work this was! The kitchen was a dark tan color so we painted over it with a soft white, which Charla found for me, (thank you Charla!!)

The Living room had an accent wall of dark NAVY! so we painted all 4 walls, 3 the soft white, and 1 a light aqua color.

Ok, I don'y know who will believe this, but the bedroom was dark red!!! All 4 walls!! Talk about dark! We live in a basement for crying out loud!! So 2 coats of primer, two coats of white, and one coat of aqua later(just an accent for the aqua) you get this!!

(I am bummed that we didn't take before pictures though, hopefully I've drawn up a nice picture though)

It was a ton of work, but Brian and I are very happy and satisfied in our new home :)

We scored this vehicle for our entire honeymoon because I shmoozed the girl giving out vehicles, Brian loved me at that point!

Our cake was yummy! Little did I know I actually cut Brian's lip with that fork, but he didn't tell me until we were in Hawaii on our honeymoon!

Yes, I did the Hawaiian wedding hula for Brian at our reception, I did it because I love brian, thats that.

Brian sang to me at our reception, and I will always remember that moment, he is amazing and very talented.

We're Official

Well, it's official, I just took lessons from Rachee on how to blog... quick and two the point but I feel like I'm getting it!!!

Well I don't know a thing about blogging, and swore I would never do it, simply because I don't know how. But here I am! Keep everyone updated on my little family! Brian and I got married January 10, 2009! We both can't believe its been 8months, time flies when your having fun! And for all of you reading this who have been married for years... I'm jealous!
